Marlon,

You haven't seen the lesson plans for the higher grades in the US.  I'd 
be willing to bet that 8th Standard kids in Goa know more Math and 
Science than 12th grade kids in US public schools.  And speaking of the 
parents' qualifications, don't forget that in California in the early 
90's almost 30% of the high school teachers FAILED TO PASS THE 10TH 
GRADE EXIT EXAM.  So there's no guarantee that the teachers are more 
qualified than the parents. 

I agree about Creationism and The Big Bang, I believe they are both 
theories, so I was surprised the Santosh offered that comparison, I just 
didn't have time to address it.

WRT Hillary  - were you in the States in 1993?  Don't you remember 
Hillary's Health Care?  Talk about big government!  Health 
practitioners' every move was proscribed by her plan and the plan was 
formulated without the participation of one single doctor or nurse.  It 
was thoroughly and soundly trashed by everyone.  As I recall, doctors 
would face jail time for prescribing medications different from those 
mandated by the plan.  Oh, but of course they could murder unborn 
children, no problem.
