It was at Dabolim Airport. But as i wrote earlier, this incident took place with another goan who was returning back. The sad part is i don't know this guy, have his contact nor his name. It just so happened that he wanted to share his ordeal with me. In turn, I wanted goanetters to know what takes place in Goa.
