I am tjhankful for two serious suggestions: cashew (-nut?) and abolim. I am
looking forward to a more meaningful and productive debate. It is curious
that goanetters cannot get themselves to chatacterise the culture that they
seem to be cherishing and defending so very often on this forum. It
generally peters out into meaningless abstractions. This is an opportunity
to place the finger on the essentials of our culture.

Suggesting "crab" is seeking to drag the string into usual goanet's
distasteful discussion bin.

BTW, according to documented references, there is no cashew presence in Goa
prior to the first quarter of the 17th century.
