Maarten Van Camp But, if you have some real proof that there were no, and i mean NO, forcible conversions, just show me and I will be tempted to believe you, but on the other hand you and your pals never will change opinion, will you? So, in other words my great-great-great-great-grand-father had a change in his heart and mind and therefore was converted??? Now we are speaking of narrow-mindedness!
Santosh Helekar You want proof? I give you proof. My great^8-grandfather was never forcibly converted. My great^8-grandfather said, "No, thank you. I will take my idol and my saalligram and go home. We were thinking of relocating for better prospects in any case. This temple demolition actually turned out to be quite convenient for us. We would have had to hire somebody to do it otherwise." For more proofs please ask Gilbert. He has conducted extensive research on these issues. Gilbert responds: I am not sure what either of you are trying to say. I have a feeling that both of you are doing the same thing - Bashing the Catholic Church. Maarten Van Camp ..... perhaps .... just perhaps .... your great^8-grandfather got converted in Ceylon or Goa because by the grace of God met a Goan called Fr. Joseph Vaz. By the grace of God let me NOT show my narrow heart. :=)) For more information of his works, please log on Blessed Joseph Vaz webpage or contact his cadres in the San Francisco area. Or read Amchi Khobhor - Our News - Inside Goa. :=)) ########################################################################## # Send submissions for Goanet to [EMAIL PROTECTED] # # PLEASE remember to stay on-topic (related to Goa), and avoid top-posts # # More details on Goanet at http://joingoanet.shorturl.com/ # # Please keep your discussion/tone polite, to reflect respect to others # ##########################################################################
