Hi Cecil: There is a place for 'adult' content; but that's not on Goanet.
We at Goanet-Admin were finding some risque and rude content slipping in,
and that's not the idea of a list we'd like to create.
In terms of *another list* you talked of, I would recommend the list
below to whoever is interested:

In the meantime, pray, let Goanet remain a frank but not lewd, blunt but
not rude, mailing list that shouldn't be out-of-bounds for anyone of any
age on grounds of its content. Also, I would second the view that we need
a platform for discussion which allows new members to join in without
making them feel intimiadated, and allows women to post while minimising
the chauvinism that silences their voices in so many other Goan debates.
