Hi Cecil
I would suggest a minor change in the "sucking method". It is preferable if you take a small bite of the skin from the base of the mango and then suck from there with a downward pressing action. This is because if you suck from the stem you may get some "dik" which could leave you with a itchy throat.

Dear Savio,
Thanks for your very practical suggestion.
The only disadvantage there is that sometimes with the pressure of the fingers, on the skin/pulp while sucking, the stem side also opens up and the skin splits open wide. Then you have to stop sucking and discard the skin and you end up attacking the paddo pulp, and get down to making the 'hair' white, long before planned.
Let's not split hairs on the matter. The choice I suppose boils down to whether you prefer attacking the flesh immediately or don't mind a little 'dik' sucking first. Life is full of such choices.
I guess it's just a matter of individual taste. Have a delightful weekend experimenting with mangoes.
Cecil
