I agree with Bosco that it's rather tragic that a Goa, with all its claims of e-governance etc, cannot even give its MLAs and senior officials their own customised email addresses -- like, [EMAIL PROTECTED] or whatever! FN -- Bosco, don't forget that not everyone in Goa, however net savy can access all info on Goa and Goans!
