Let us not forget that the case for ousting Iraqi soldiers out of Kuwait was based on a LIE. (remember the Kuwaiti girl - daughter of the Ambassador to US - crying about seeing Kuwaiti baies being removed from their incubator and left to die on the floor?)
Bush Sr. knew it was a lie - so did his administration.
Bush Jr. had a good tutor in how to lie to his citizens.
