It is in the interest of the Indian Government that the matter have a high priority especially when India is attempting to attract Foreign Tourists. The last thing that The Indian Government would be interested is to be accussed of aiding and abetting such Paedophiles who can visit India freely because of the lack of scrutiny by Indian Missions abroad (in screening such personalities). If the External Ministry and the Internal Minsiter for Home Affaairs were to cordinate with UNICEF and National Children's Homes (NCH) this particular matter would save individuals like myself having to bring matters as such to your attention.
