Hello Cornel,

RESPONSE: There is nothing.....nada.......zilch......that any of the debaters on
this subject is giving us in terms of intellectual embellishments or knowledge.
After the first week, the same rhetoric and mantras are repeated......sometimes
several times each day !! Each one of us thinks of ourselves as righteous !!

In a Parliamentary-style of debate each participant gets to speak just once with
views being alternated between each team (constructive and rebuttal pieces).

In a Cross-examination-style of debate each participant may speak twice - once
each for constructive and rebuttal.

This is not a debate !! What we're witnessing are deeply entrenched views that
want to convince each other - it will never happen !! Everybody wants to have
the last word even though their shouting hoarse and nobody is listening.

So, to sustain your fascination, can I kindly request you to take this offline
with the individuals concerned and let the rest of us lead our humble and
"relatively mundane lives".

I strongly advocate that Goanetters should drive and decide the content of
Goanet. There are enough Goanetters writing in publicly and privately saying
even the "DELETE" button is starting to wear-out !!

Thank you all for your understanding.

Best wishes - Bosco
