Hello Mahesh, You have valid points, and I do support them, but are they practical in Goa? A place where our politicians have ruined it by giving ration cards to every tom dick and harry to get votes? Now these people have themselves become Goans. Imagine how many non Goans, succeeded in getting Portuguese passports on these fake identities, and have migrated to Europe. These things are not possible where the places are ruled by the crooks, who only are interested in money, and will sell Goa to anybody. So how will one know who is the genuine Goan?
Story of Kashmir is entirely another matter. As for Gulf, non of the countries are democracies. What I am trying to say that, like a law in Gulf or Kashmir the Govt. of Goa should set a rule as follows : 1) Outsider state people like Kerala, Maharastra etc. can make business in Goa proving he should have a male or female sponser Goan only. Without Goan sponser he cannot do any business in Goa. 2) They can stay in Goa in rental basis but cannot purchase the land except Goan people only. 3) Anything they want to do they can do it but main sponser should be Goan only, without Goan sponser they cannot do anything. The main idea behind this that like this Goan people will not starve for anything including land, money etc. No need for them to go abroad and can suffer.
