Comment: Perhaps the powers that be see Goans as expendable fodder, in the event of a nuclear war. Again I reiterate utt re Goenkar; take this matter to the Courts. Dabolim was not spoils of the war - who gave the Navy precedence over the locals? Instead of jockeying for their own pockets the Goan Politicians should be looking after the interests of Goans.
