Is this part of the civil aviation accord between India and China? Technical stop probably means just for refuelling and repair. No passenger traffic is involved. 2) I hope many Goans overseas and in Goa will call for the endof bharat occupation of this utility.[ditto] Only about a handful of such persons seem to be calling for this on a fairly regular basis. Another handful is doing so once in a while. However, one person seems to be definitely interested in the continuation of the Navy's civilian flight restrictions in Dabolim.
