Hi Vivian, The Disability Rights Association Goa (DRAG) just had a significant all day seminar on disability rights in Miramar on May 1. Perhaps you missed the announcement? Avelino and his group are doing outstanding work. I am pleased that Goa Sudharop funded their website which was also launched May 1.
