Dear well-wishers: Goa Sudharop will be celebrating our 5-year anniversary and has planned an important, memorable event on Sunday, July 3, 2005. This celebration will be held at Samuel Merritt College, 400 Hawthorne Ave, Oakland, California. The facilities are state-of-the-art. It is a premier facility with ample parking available and easy access in a great neighborhood.
In keeping with our 'YEAR OF THE CHILD' theme this year, we will focus on children and their families. We are holding a number of events and presentations that day, followed by dinner and dancing. It is a family friendly event for all ages. Please mark your calendars and join others who are coming in from around North America and the Goan diaspora to help celebrate with us. No membership required to attend. Ticket prices and details will be announced later. 100% of net proceeds will benefit Goan children and children projects. Non-Goans are most welcome too. The show is expected to start in the afternoon and run till midnight. A buffet dinner will be served. Don't miss some very meaningful and fun-filled activities.
