JC: However, IF a contract has been signed before the Accession of Kashmir, it should be honoured.
in response the following From: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
Carlos: Hell with the contract (sorry to say that). The sub continent should not have been partitioned based on religion. Who got a better deal?

Mogal Carlos,
The choice to go to hell is a very personal one, and legal. However, the choice to send a Signed Contract is neither personal nor legal.
BTW (and this is my last public submission on this topic), I am begining to to wonder How much you know about the India you claim to Jai Jai so much.
What has "who got the better deal" got to do with the Hindu Kashmiris from the Jammu area concerned about illegal Kashmiri residency certificates obtained by non-Kashmiris?
Anyway...that is it from me on this topic. jc

What is a contract?
A contract is an agreement between two or more persons (individuals, businesses, organizations or government agencies) to do, or to refrain from doing, a particular thing in exchange for something of value.
The terms of the contract - the who, what, where, when, and how of the agreement - define the BINDING promises of each party to the contract.
