If your post is rejected, you should get a note telling you about it.

If your post is formatted in HTML/MIME or is non-text, then it goes to get
reformatted, which could mean a (sometimes upto two day) delay in your post
getting through. Generally, you will *not* get a personal note telling you
about this, because reformatting posts already means a whole lot of additional
work. This is a general request -- please avoid sending out non-plain-text
mails. If you use Rediffmail, try to send mail to Goanet via some other free
account, for instance, gmail.com.

There is a small chance of posts getting lost due to server malfunction or
human-error. In case this happens, we announce it publicly it as soon as we
become aware of it.

In this case, however your post has already appeared at
http://www.goanet.org/pipermail/goanet/2005-June/029511.html

I would still suggest that if anyone feels your post has not appeared, and fits
well within Goanet's guidelines, then please take up the matter with [EMAIL
PROTECTED] (not me personally, since this is a job done collectively).

Thanks to all for the patience. As the network grows, so is the potential for
misunderstanding ;-) FN
