I for one would let Londoners and those directly affected by these bombings express whatever feelings they want to express at this time. Who are we to tell them what to feel and how to say it? Everybody knows that an act of terrorism was committed, and the terrorists who did it are responsible. But it is quite appropriate for victims to hold their government accountable, in addition, for not protecting them against such an act. Cheers, Santosh
