4(english translation is mine):

Ce-cí-lia mu-jem naum, ched-vam bi-tor che-dum
cu-rió-so aum
(Cecilia is my name, among all girls the most curious)

Tum cu-rió-so za-lea-ri ta-lhar co-rum da-di ma-cá
ju-di
(If you are curious then tailor a jacket and send it
to me)

Don't know much about the rest of the lines, as he
only used couplets in his arrangements, but:

feti could be "feitio" (model i.e. what
sort/shape/model of jacket, I suppose)

The next line:
Sinalaku ditam peru, Cecil "Você que ou não quer"-u
(As a sign I give you a pear - Do you want or don't
you? (proposal to a marriage???))

Here is one more name:
Tem baim-chem udókú, cheddum katta godd-godd-itú …
Alot dolot ieta gô cheddum naum Morgoritú … (Margaret)
