I take your point that Dr Willie may not be the minister of Immigration. So
what? Plain courtesy from an elected person to government in Goa should
warrant a reply if only to say...Sorry I am not the Minister for
Immigration, but please contact so and soetc.

Read the plaint from Rodolfo about not getting a visa
to come to Goa (???). Since when has Dr. Willie
become Goa's Minister of Immigration ?
Is Rodolfo living in Pakistan ? I had heard about the
plight of some of our Goenkarbhau in Pakistan, not
being able to visit Goa. With the thawing in the
previously cold relations between India and Pakistan,
perhaps things will get better ?
