Carefull analysis of the number of students, the  schools and their
managements that are currently involved with the OFFICIAL LANGUAGE in
Devanagri script will expose another scam that has minority-run schools as
the "Down line" of  the MLM. The upline is deriving all the benefits and the
poor village children are the unsuspecting suckers in a network that is
about to pack up in Goa.

The  MLM principle of " Fake till you make" is as applicable here as
anywhere. It is the principle that keeps plenty of Goans in "camps" in the
Gulf countries.....hoping for a break that rarely comes.
