Evergreen Dev Anand, who is in the midst of completing his latest film ''Mr Prime Minister'', will be the chief guest at the opening ceremony, while Telugu superstar Cheeranjivi will be the guest of honour. The opening ceremony will be held at the INOX courtyard instead of the Kala Academy to accomodate more invitees. Critically acclaimed international films from Asian, African, European and Latin American countries will be screened along with a number of Indian feature and non-feature films during this mega film festival, he added.
