While crossing over Booth bay Marine Institute a few days back I knew that Helga and Joaquim are far away inside the Antarctica. Special Operations took me to Booth Bay, Maine. We do not discuss missions. I have personally known Helga and Joaquim as scientists at the National Oceanography Institute in Dona Paula, Goa. Joaquim is a silent worker. Helga is the princess around the worker. Both Helga and Joaquim have inspired Goans and educators with their unique discoveries. Goa and India seem to pay little or no attention to our Goan Scientists performing world class experiments that will benefit Humanity in many forms. Their sacrifcices are brave. There is gallantry and bravery in enduring nature's fury. Helga and Joaquim are shinning beacons in an icy continent. Helga and Joaquim deserve recognition for their outstanding contribution towards making lives better. The current Goa government should make a considerate effort in recognizing Helga and Joaquim. America Salutes Helga and Joaquim for their unique contribution towards a great cause. New England Goans stand tall and proud and recognize these fellow Goans who have stood in harms way and came out brave. Helga and Joaquim have made Goans proud of their extraordinary feat.
