You have got me pretty confused. 1. Pray, what are Foreign (non-Indian)
races? Do you mean non-Indian foreigners? Re 3, Who are white and gold
collar Indians? It is the gold-collar bit I don't understand. Re 4, Is this
something new about "no-collar" ("migrant") Indians? Do you mean manual
migrant Indians? Re5 I wonder who you had in mind for this category?
