RESPONSE: As George Pinto's earlier post on this subject showed. People are beginning to wonder who to turn to! It is a fact that Mr. Eduardo Faleiro, has been appointed by the Governor of Goa to assist the NRI's. He has yet to be given terms of reference, as to what his post entails. In the meantime as Fred's posted article stated, Mr Faleiro welcomes anyone to email him with their views and gripes. The meeting for the newly inaugurated NRI's was to take place in Leonora's in Verna. It was cancelled, as I am given to believe, because Mr. Faleiro was unable to attend. The Governor and Mr. Rane also cancelled. since this was the case. The meeting did not go ahead as planned. There is a website of this group which was earlier published on this forum by me.
