Clearly, the law in Goa would not allow for your proposed "public stoning
and crucifiction upside down in the Margao Maidan" re the murderers of Fr
Eusobio Ferrao. Notwithstanding many emotional outbursts, the law of the
land must prevail in such situations to avoid the kind of lynchings so
prevalent in the not too distant past in the USA and elsewhere too.
