30 Mar: Mumbai Mirror. Excerpts: Scotland Yard sleuths are in India
investigating two Indians found trying to sell innovative explosive
materials to al-Qaeda operatives in London. . 

According to them, Dominique Martins and Roque Fernandes, two Goans had
met one Bishop Rodgrigues and Abdurahman Kanyare and were discussing a
transaction of an explosive material called 'Red Mercury' . 

Unknown to them, British intelligence MI 6 had been tapping their phones
and the police  arrested them. Initially, the police suspected that
Martin and Fernandes were Portuguese nationals, but soon learnt that
they were originally Indians from Goa who had obtained Portuguese
citizenship .

At the time of their arrest they were described as Roque Flaviano
Fernandes, 43, of De Havilland Road,  Edgware, London,  Dominic Agnelo
Martins, 44, of  Du Cros Drive, Stanmore, London and Abdurahman Kanyare,
52, of Milling Road, Edgware, London.
