http://electionsgoa.nic.in/
- Click on 'Electoral Roll 2006' on the left-hand column
- Select your Constituency or just type in your locality name
- Click on the relevant polling booth and a PDF file will open up with the
names of everyone in your neighbourhood who is registered to vote.
1) You will find names of neighbours you didn't know existed.
2) You will now know all your neighbours' ages
3) You will find your name most probably missing or misspelt.
This same site also has some very interesting figures for analysis,
including every Parliament and Assembly Election Result since 1963
If you find the information useful please:
1) Make sure your name is registered properly
2) Weed out the names of non-existing people and bring it to somebody's notice
3) Vote for 'statesmen' and not these same corrupt clownish
career-politicians next time around.
