Traffic that does not stop does not mean continous traffic. It is the current
situation of our traffic in Goa for these past 4 decades. Bytes have been
written about the traffic situation in Goa just today I recieve a death news
about a 17 year old from the Mapusa area.
It looks like the vehicle is a wild thing in Asia. People are always on the
run. No stopping. But this can be said about bus queues or any other such
situation. Is it the mind? In Singapore people stop or else they face the
stick, the wildness is somehow controlled. Can we stop and think like others do
in the west?
