It is a real dream comes true situation for me. I had narrated a redesigned traffic flow for Panjim City in my article in NAVHIND TIMES dated 27th February 2006. With the efforts of all the Road Safety personnel and life lovers, the CCP and the Traffic Police of Panjim have decided to change the Traffic flow pattern at Patto bridge (old and new) from 1st July 2006. This we have to reckon as the first step to success towards establishing a ROAD SAFETY TRUST OF GOA.(RSTG). With more and more involvement of mascharenhas, melinda and Dr.Anjali Rao, under the guidance of FN, Valmiki and Mr.Mario Govia, Goa could proudly look forward to reach greater heights. Thanks to NAVHIND TIMES who have published my article on 27th Feb.
