There are many Goans who like to taste goan dishes but they do not have the recipes with them. Futobol is a goan sweet prepared from coconut eggs and sugar. The recipe is as follows. To make it short I shall give only the method. Take two nice little tender coconut and desiccate it. Grind the desiccated coconut with very little or no water Put in it 5-6 elachis (inside only) while grinding and keep aside. Take 8 eggs. Separate the yolk from white. Whip the yolk .Put sugar (1/2 kilo) in the eggs and stir till the sugar is dissolved. Put rawa(1/2kilo) in the mixture and stir it well. Put the grounded coconut and make uniform paste Add essence and keep mixture overnight. Preheat the oven for 10 minutes (the next day) at 70 degrees centigrade and bake it for45 minutes. Do not forget to send me two slices
