Did you afford him the courtesy of enquiring whether it was an easy task for him to do? Did Rene agree/promise to collect the funds ....and then renege on his promise? Or is it expected that once Miguel ASKS someone to collect funds, that person MUST do so? d: I will submit to you that each one can only account for one's own self, not others. Besides, for some, it comes easy to be able to raise funds, for others, it does not. From my own personal experience, I can say that I find it very difficult to ask others for funds.
