Having said that, I will let your characterization (on this forum) of Sardars, remain entirely yours. I have no interest at even being perceived as one casting aspersions on the good and hard working Sardars I have as friends. I'd like to suggest that IF you possess any evidence that the good Rene Baretto has ever claimed that He is the originator of the World Goa Day idea, please post it here. Let's cut this chase and do the right thing for the real founder. I will not contest your position that that the World Goa Day idea is detested by the 'Goans of Goa'. I just don't know what you mean by that statement i.e. Some, Many, Majority, All Goans of Goa ....or just the two or three. But you will probably tell us or may be not. I'd say this though: If we does not like an idea, nobody is forcing us to like it. Each one among us is quite free to do whatever we feel is good. As far as I can see, nobody is stopping us from doing anything positive for Goa or for ourselves. BTW: Francis, I couldn't help noticing (vide Appendix 2 infra) the IMPERATIVE in your statements ( DO something, GOOGLE it). No, I did not GOOGLE for the scout motto. I have known it for some time.
