Sunith, Obviously you are the pro-criminal rights type of Goenkar who is indirectly responsible for the deteriorating Law and Order situation in Goa. With your pro-criminal rights stands, you and your fellow pro-criminal rights supporters are all for giving a joy ride in Goa for the notorious criminals (From inside Goa and Bhailles) who commit the most heinous murders and other crimes in Goa. By victim's rights we also mean the rights of the prospective victims of the goons and criminals in Goa.
When every Goan and Bhailo in Goa has seen these muderers gasping for breath and froth emanating for their mouth as they die on the cross, its an unforgettable sight (witnesses cannot get over it) and they will think twice before committing brutal crimes. All life is sacred but murderers lose the right to live if they are convicted of killing another human being. That's biblical justice. In the US, restoration of the death penalty in 1976 and President Bush's fervent support for the death penaty has resulted in one of the lowest homicide rates in the US today. Unfortunately in the US, there are many holier than thou characters like you who are fighting for Criminal's rights and this the reason for high homicide rates in the country today.
