Santosh could be on target here. Even the layman would accept that the
bulk of Muslims (for a range of complex factors) whether in the rest
of India or in Goa itself are poor and suffer excessively from
problems like illiteracy.
So is the lower immunization status because they are *poor* or because
they are *Muslim*? Commonsense indicates the former. FN
PS: This is just a layman's perspective and I don't claim to have the
formal academic qualifications to speak on this subject.
