Most of these mutual funds include the medial colossals like Bayer, Bristol Meyers Squid, etc. New drugs from these companies are often block buster sellers making the shareholders very rich. The drugs are block busters because they work well. If you were in N. America I would have advised you too to invest in these corporate dominated medicines.
