Our Goa Governor S.C. Jamir makes frequent visit there (Goa Sadan) and his aides demanded the Goa Sadan cook dog meat for Jamir which is his speciality. The dogs are killed elsewhere it seems and meat is brought to Goa Sadan to be cooked and served to Governor and his naga guests. (Ref.GO) Imagine, how the cook there must have felt to cook the dog meat for the first time. The staff there have already complained to every one it seems including Chief Secretary and Chief Minister. But who will bell the cat ? Specially, when they know governor has the power to dismiss the Govt. as it was done to Parrikar's. Mr. Governor, next time when you go to Delhi, please, please go to you nearest Nagaland Bhavan and eat as much as dog meat there.
