Removal of section would not be not be easy as it may sound , it may take
time to have a legal intepretation and a positive decision by the courts of
law, but what goes hand in hand also is removal of the negative attitude
from the minds of people and acceptance of these people in the socieity
through discussions, seminars, workshops, programmes etc, once such
awareness is created things tend to fall automatically in place but at the
same time we strive to do away with this section.
On the issue of Catholics still behind what are you tring to covey please?
I wish not to say much on the Anglican Church by setting a precedent for
our exchange of ideas on this topic.
I don't for any reason believe that Wendell has jeopardized his career and
in what way has it been jeopardized could you kindly throw more light on
this??
I don't see any activist/s on this topic like Medha Patkar all we are doing
is just discussing on the net , no actions but mere words, it's like
throwing a stone in the well to see how deep it is or will be and if it's
too deep we just prefer shouting from the top and not ready to take the risk
of getting down in the deep waters and fighting all odds. There has never
been a consistency on this topic , there has never been a feeling that
Wendell or any one is an activist for this topic, you have to go in the
forefront of the battlefield and fight it out and come out as a real winner.
Sitting pretty delivering lectures/ writing articles and making things look
real is different from reality. Today we discuss this topic , tommorrow we
will have something else to discuss and leave this topic in the cold storage
and Kevin/ Sunil will vanish from this topic , we are meant to be followers
for once let's be leaders and take this issue up seriously.
Is there any real activist who can take up this issue and win it
successfully .
