* 11 Goans to take part in a footbal match. * 20 Goans to take part in a march past * 40 saris, because we can't agree over colour, size, pattern. * 800 Goans to discuss paggdis and saris in cyberspace. Then, we wonder why Goa is moving in reverse gear. Why blame our politicians alone?
