I deserve and take no credit. All credit belongs to everyone else - those who
sent in essays,
those who volunteered to publicize the E-Book and those who have encouraged
others, and our Editor
in Goa. Yes, the E-Book will be on the Goa Sudharop website. We will look into
the Gutenberg
reference. I am personally amazed at the enthusiasm the book has raised. I
think we have only
scratched the surface. Imagine all the untold stories, the history - long gone
from this world.
Imagine the life and times of ALL our Goan ancestors, settled in various parts
of the world, now
belong to eternity and forever lost to us. We must write our history now for
future generations,
for people like me who will wonder what was, what might have been. Stories
about everyday life,
common folk. The Goa Sudharop Seniors E-Book is only a beginning.
