Dramapur is completely independent from Chinchinim.
Your email seems to indicate Dramapur is part of Chinchinim, but that is not
true. Dramapur and Chinchinim are two different villages, each one with
their own panchayat.
The only thing I said is that when Cardinal Gracias's father was born (in
18xx), there was no church in Dramapur therefore he was baptised in
Chinchinim but that does not mean that he was from Chinchinim. His family is
from Dramapur and he was born in Dramapur.
Another point you can take from my email is that according to Dr. Teresa
Albuquerque's research, there seems to be no lack of vocations in Salcete
with Chinchinim giving on average one of her sons per year to priestwood.
