Dear Mario, Do you know why American companies are so keen to outsource their work to Indian companies? It's not only because they can get 3 people for the price of one, but they can also get one person who will do three people's job.
Yes, working long hours is an American tradition but when you say that Americans work long hours they are comparing themselves to their European counterparts who are by and large nine to five people with three day weekends in some Nordic countries. If you compare them to Indian long hours, I can assure you Americans will come up way short.
