Speaking about traffic violations, in the US one can report spotted violations by phoning them in. I wonder if something like this is possible in Goa. I once had the notion of writing down the number plates of all those that violate the straight line which prohibits overtaking on the Zuari bridge and sending them to the Herald. One of the cars belonged to an MLA. Such is the disgrace of our traffic, which has robbed so many mothers and fathers of their children.
