Hi Roland Further to your post, I want to say that, I have reflected a lot, with mixed feelings and sometimes with pain in my heart, as to why so many of us Goans have opted to live permanently in Western countries rather than in Goa/India. I concluded a while ago that, what makes us quite at home in the West, more than anything else, is the kind of civic orderlines you so well described.
