Those stuck at Heathrow because of the unusual fog were invariably those
with enough dosh to take a holiday break to many parts of the world,
including for excellent bargain shopping in New York and even Macau!
For it came to pass that, for those who have it, the pound sterling is king
at present, to spend and spread yuletide joy worldwide.
