The way a name is written is the way the founders / owners would like the name 
to be said / written.
Or else it is for the institution to correct the error about its usage.

So your bhoinim (my ghorcarn) checked her certificate from the source.
The name of the institution as written on the college issued certificate is St. 
Xavier's College.
Now this is the college in Bombaim murree. 

I am a physician at St. Elizabeth Medical Center as well as St. Luke's 
Healthcare.
