Folks, There is only only cure for the incompetency of this N. Balasubramaniyan. All we have to do is put him and W. Dourado in the same room and get Balasubramaniyan to read the above to Dourado. I can assure everyone here that Dourado will set him right so quickly that Balasubramaniyan will start to understand what research and competency really mean. Another tidbit that Balasubramaniyan may also want to know is that Dourado was arrested in Zanzibar, taken to the mainland and thrown in jail. Julius Nyerere gave no reason why Dourado was jailed nor did he bother to charge Dourado with any offence. It was only due to the efforts of his brother-in-law, Ignatius Pereira, then Director of Finance of Tanzania's only commercial bank, that Dourado was finally released. Dourado was one of the few people who dared to challenge Nyerere and for this alone, he deserves an award. Lastly, I can almost seen the look of comical horror on Dourado's face when the Indian officials inform him that he is getting an award for being the "Attorney General of Tanzania." Mervyn Lobo Shertz, Texas PS. If N. Balasubramaniyan has the guts to meet with Dourado to confirm the facts, I can arrange a meeting within a few minutes. __________________________________________________ Do You Yahoo!? Tired of spam?
