Fred and Armstrong,
Wasn't it former Chief Minister Manohar Parrikar who shut down the Baina
Brothel during his earlier tenure as CM ? Why is it flourishing once again
under Congress rule ? What are the GOAN GOAN GOONS who are ruling GOA today
and making a GAAN of GOA doing about it ? Where are the Moral Values of
Father and Son Rane and the Unholy Trinity of Mickey Pacheco, Churchill and
Joaquim Alemao and other elected oficials in the present Congress Government
?
Its time for Parrikar to be the CM Once again ! Why are the Goenkars still
backing these Crooks who have compromised our National Security by getting
into bed with the Russian Mafia and now compromising Goan moral values by
turning a blind eye to Baina ? They should all be locked up by now ! And our
Goenkars say Congress is a Clean, Non-Corrupt Party they trust ?
Its time for the highest educated IITian Manohar Parrikar to implement Clean
Governance in Goa. Those Ruling Goa today should be locked up and prevented
from contesting the upcoming elections. It is time for highly educated Goans
(both Christao and Kokne) to occupy cabinet posts in Goa Government and
should be the end of the road for these uneducated and undereducated GOAN
GAON GOON CHORS who are really making a GAAN of Goa !
Best Regards,
Dr. Carmo D'Cruz,
ex Velim in South Goa,
now INDIAN Harbour Beach, Florida

The Red Light District of Baina
Human trafficking a cause of concern in India
Armstrong Vaz (armie)
Prostitution is illegal in India but the trade survives despite the threat
of the HIV virus and the perils of the trade. The trade goes on in some of
the areas that are unofficially designated as red light districts. A recent
United Nations' report expresses alarming concern over HIV infections in
India. With 5.7 million infections, India has become the most-afflicted
HIV/AIDS nation of the world,
surpassing South Africa's 5.5 million.
In the western state of Goa, one such area had been unofficially classified
as a red light district until the state government demolished it in 2004.
Figures collected in 2005 indicted that around 40 percent of the sex workers
in the state were HIV-positive. The report revealed that Goa has the highest
level of trafficking of women and children compared to other states.......
