In the spirit of a collaborative initiative to solve Goa's online information
vaccum, let me enter your conversation and share a thought:

Is it possible for this forum to pick a subject for eg. "Healthcare in GOA" and
then create content for a website that could educate and serve as vehicle for
preventive care?.

The collective wisdom of goans from around the world (those in medicine,
grandmoms with time tested cures, writers, art directors, editor etc..) could
be focussed on actionable information.

Rajan, you would probably agree with me that part of our collective
information poverty in Goa is that most tiny businesses (or even
not-so-tiny ones) lack a cyber presence of their own. We need to
recognise this, acknowledge it, and prioritise it. To me, being
information-poor is worse than facing the fate of corruption or
communalism (we can fight these with information!) or even losing
control over large tracts of land!
