Yeah, of course. But someone interested in the issue should take
'ownership' (i.e. responsibility) for it. Otherwise everything will
fall heavily on a few persons and then collapse after awhile. We need
a hundred flowers (if not 1.3 million flowers), as Mao would say.

One problem with a "create a website for every issue" approach is that
maintaining these could be difficult. (I agree that websites are more
visible than mailing lists, but they have their down-sides too.) I've
attempted to work-around this by creating the generic-sounding
goa-india.org domain and then creating a whole lot of sub-domains on
it. The other option would be to build issues on the Goanet wiki,
Wikia, Wikipedia or whatever.

But please take forward the issues in which you have an interest. You
would know best what their potential is. I cannot have the vision you
have, simply because of my ignorance on such issues. FN
